Google Bad Review 1: Arranged a viewing for a re-pipe work and I was given reassurance I will get a quote within 1-2 days. Never got a quote and was a complete waste of time. Found another company who took the job on.
I’ve changed the review form one star to three star. Although he was courteous, it’s a shame as you say you needed an email, not once did you ask for this, in fact you stated you would message me the quote by text.
