Google Bad Review 1: CAR STOLEN
Had my car stolen in the hotel car park last night, whilst on an overnight spa break with friends, the impression I got was that it happens fairly often, didn’t receive much help from staff, not even offered a drink whilst I was upset and shaking & no one on the premises was able to review or download cctv for the police. Having read other reviews of this hotel I can see mine is not the first car/vehicle that’s been stolen from the car park, there are MANY that have been stolen from this hotel. As it’s reoccurring issue at the hotel they have an obligation to do something, like have security, or a gate or at the very least make guests aware. By doing nothing their are putting their guests at risk. The hotel still have not sent cctv to the police, despite several requests. BE CAREFUL.
