Google Bad Review 1:  To be honest i'm not disappointed of that i was not able to receive the 50% off, but mainly that I couldn't stand to be trapped in such LIE!
Donna very dishonest and been lying to my face and to the owner of the salon. Very disgusted of this behavior, How can people be so DISHONEST and LIE straight to your FACE????
I'm so Glad That I didn't have any treatment before making the payment and i spoke about the payment and voucher in advance, because that would of ruined my day even more.
Like a few months ago they were doing 50% off on all the treatments and i was interested to do the HD BROWS, but Donna advised me that my eyebrows are too thin and I needed some time to grow them back and advised to come back later.
So then I asked Donna if I still could use the 50% off voucher and she replied “YES” for sure even is a month later, because she said i already had an appointment and this is fine…So then I came back a month later expecting to do HD brows and Donna advised me again that my Eyebrows are still too thin and is not enough hair to do HD Brows and she said that HD Browns is not for me.
After this advise I asked again if I can still use the voucher for the other treatment , she replied “YES DEFINITELY”, because i already wanted to do HD Browns and I couldn't… So I made an appointment for the week later and before leaving the salon I still double checked with Donna If I surely will be able to use this voucher “she said yes sure”!
So today i came back for the appointment to do facial, Donna lied to my face front of the owner and other people in the salon without any shame , saying “that she never said to me that i will be able to use this voucher” and she repeated this 3 times in my face… I was so shocked …The owner was rude to me and still wanted me to have the treatment I booked and pay the full price for it ..
To be honest i'm not disappointed of that i was not able to receive the 50% off, but mainly that I couldn't stand to be trapped in such a LIE!
