Google Bad Review (2):  We took our 20 week old Rottie in as he was vomiting bile, loss of appetite and had NO ENERGY at all. The vet said to my son that he had a stomach bug, gave an antibiotic injection, an anti sickness injection, promax and some antibiotics, TABLET FORM. Sadly our baby boy passed away the very next day. Now, when our boy went in the day before he was alert and he was able to walk short distances. When I googled his symptoms the first thing that came up was PARVO. Okay, so Google isn't always right and upon investigations there is high cases of PARVO about, puppies and rotties are more vulnerable to this nasty disease. The fact that our boy was NOT offered the PARVO test and my son was REASSURED that we should start seeing an improvement within 8 days is just wrong. This test takes 15 minutes. Three main symptoms of PARVO was explained. I honestly believe in my heart that if he was kept in over night and had IV fluids/medication he could have made it through. And even if we ended up with the same outcome I could say that we tried. Instead I am left heart broken and scarred for life. To see such a quick decline in his condition. He was vaccinated and all treatments were up to date. This has left us feeling like we failed, for trusting a qualified person to just dismiss this as a STOMACHE BUG. I had even called the vets the very next morning as I had actually expected our boy to be a little brighter than the day before. I spoke to a lovely receptionist, Amanda, thank you. I was even offered an appointment the same morning he had passed, but after speaking to my son who had said that he was REASSURED by the vet that we won't see an Improvement over night and he wasn't too worried. This goes to show that you can't put your trust into some vets! The last memory I have of our baby boy is seeing him dying slowly throughout the day and not realising, carrying his lifeless body to my car in a rush, to seek help. I'm so glad we were able to get him to another vet surgery who tried in vain to save him and that my youngest two children were not home to witness this!!!! Never ever again would I even use this place again.
