Google Bad Review 1: This company is a terrible company, never have I seen a company allow so many disgusting things to happen, They allow bullying within the workplace and are fully aware of the situations and there response is to move people instead of rectifying the situation the person being bullied and treated unfairly should not have to move, The individuals who are comitting the bullying should be moved, This company also allows staff to stroll in whenever they like with no consequences, And they are also aware of people leaving before their shift ends with other people clocking them out which is fraudulent, Certain members of staff also have tea breaks when their hours does not warrant a tea break and they will eat the food that is meant for the children at the school they cater for, The manager of the kitchen is more then aware of all of these situations and instead turns a blind eye to it all for an easy life, Clearly she is not trained enough to manage a team properly, And this disregard for employees goes higher than this, The girls in the office have had several complaints and have made lots of visits to the site only for nothing to be done about the situations, they discarded the feelings of staff and allowed these situations to continue and it was actually the head offices idea to move the staff members who are being bullied rather then deal with the staff who are bullying the other staff, I strongly advise you to avoid this company if your options are to be jobless or work for this company, Stay jobless and you will be much happier
