Google Bad Review 1:  Most of the staff there is lovely except for the manager. She talks to people like she’s above everyone else, funny because I’ve noticed she only does it with people that have accents. Her behaviour is absolutely disgusting and I was shocked to hear she’s a manager, treating customers like rubbish.

Google Bad Review (2):  I don’t know how to reply directly to owner … but I have to say I find your reply is rude and ignorant!
My points are my experience and are true! With no bias other then how downhill this sunbed shop has gone in the last few years! It is not just my feelings, but that of many other customers too, many of whom have jumped ship and no longer come here, many are thinking to go, and many of us, me included, are wanting so bad to remain and be loyal customer but it’s not easy!!

1- your correct exact same beds from 15 years ago … they are old! Although the older beds at the back are the only beds anyone wants they are the only ones that work well.
2- bed 1 has had a bulb missing from the face tan bit for absolute months?
3- these beds do not work well, everyone avoids these bed ….
4- As a customer who pays my hard earned money here I absolutely am in my right to criticise. Your course prices are low for your shops prices, but likely the highest in the area!
5- I don’t need reminding but maybe remember we are all in the same position, including other businesses but even they are not being so greedy with their prices. Also can I remind YOU that it is us customers that keep your business running so maybe you should treat the customers better!!! The costs have not remained the same for 15 years and of course some increases are expected, but also so are standards, you can’t raise prices so much but not provide better service?!
6- I only actually buy courses, always, hence my shock horror at the extortionate price at £1 a min now! They were 85p there was no signs or mention in your shop of you increasing this?!!!
7- maybe not closing your shop on bank holidays (which will lose you money) and doing promotions, better deals, raffles, would bring you in more money! It was an idea for you in my previous as like I explained this shop was always heaving with customers, something it doesn’t now! Have you thought about why this is?! And most places don’t take cash now and only card! So the opposite of your comment! Especially since covid!
8- you also stopped them paid holiday for this pleasure I understand? To most; this isn’t looking after your staff well! They are a credit to you and without some of those girls you wouldn’t have any customers!

I’m no interested in detailed discussions, I was simply leaving my experience here, which is what this platform is for, and as you don’t seem to bother with social media for your business this was really my only place to leave my concerns and unsettlement.

I feel really sad to be leaving a bad review as I literally never do, but I am so disappointed with this sunbed shop lately! The sunbeds just aren’t what they used to be, they aren’t as hot, and yet the owner has put the price up to a shocking £1 a minute! These beds used to be the best around now most have cracked plastic etc, they definitely are not worthy of £1 a minute. I’ve been using this place for 15 years plus, and they used to do amazing promotions, deals, beds were the best I’ve ever used! But it’s no longer like that! No deals or promotions, expensive broken beds, that just aren’t what they were! The girls are so amazing in here they genuinely are the only thing keeping me staying loyal to this place, as if it wasn’t for them I’d have gone elsewhere by now! It’s also now can only pay by cash under £20 …. Who even carries cash around now?! There used to be queues going down the street for this place id go after work and be waiting 30 mins in a queue cause the beds were so good but now it’s always empty when I go and I never feel like I’ve had a sunbed unless I used 1 specific bed.
If the owner sees this … please please make this sunbed place good again, I don’t want to go elsewhere but it’s getting to the point where I feel I’ll have to so I’m not just wasting money for nothing bring back birthday sunbeds, bank holiday deals, Easter and Christmas promotions etc, bring back the hot clean unbroken beds, raffles like before, let people use the toilet, pay by card, and genuinely enjoy coming here again
