Google Bad Review: Me and my husband have been a patients here for many years and over the years, there’s been a number of occasions I have come for a appointment and I’m left waiting, not by the odd 5 minutes but over 30 minutes with no apology from the dentist or an apology by her for deciding it’s acceptable to run into my appointments because she doesn’t stop talking to the previous patients or members of staff, I had it in my head this was a private dentist not a gossip/catch up appointment club at its quite ridiculous because it hasn’t happened once but majority of time I’ve been there. On a few occasions there hasn’t been other customers in front which makes me question if my appointment is at a certain time why is it acceptable for the dentists to be not bringing me In but making me wait half an hour, then if us patients are late by 5 or 10 minutes we get told we can’t be seen because we are late and we have to pay a fee if we can’t make an appointment. My husbands appointment also got canceled for the 2nd time in 2 months last week are we entitled to a fee because the smile gallery cancelled again? making it impossible for him to get an appointment until end of September. It’s not acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this practice the time keeping is outrageous and not only that but I took my plan to another private dentist and they reviewed it, checked me over to say I didn’t need what was said which just goes to show what is going on. Avoid avoid avoid!!
