Google Bad Review 1:  Why does your website claim you are “Care Home in Totteridge” when you are located in Whetstone and nowhere near Totteridge?
Sounds better I guess but not very professional.

Google Bad Review (2):  I took my mother in for a two hour guest stay on 7th October 2015.
When I arrived with mum they didn't even know we were coming even though I had booked in person the day before.
The guest-stay was carried out in a disorganized and shambolic manner with little or no planning. They sat mum in the lounge and walked away,
My father was laying in a hospital bed dying and mother was naturally unsettled and confused (which I explained).
I was ushered away by staff and encouraged to leave my mother and return later that day. (I was in tears).
When I returned I was very coldly told that my mother was refused a place at Baxendale. The only reason they could give me was that Mum had wandered into the kitchen and picked up some cutlery. Apparently they would be unable to keep mum safe if “she does things like this”.

I note with interest that they have upgraded their location from Whetstone (they are located in Whetstone by the way, NOT Totteridge) to Totteridge on their new website. I have included screenshots of their old website from 2015 and their new website from 2018.

Management – don't contact me or comment with ‘please get in touch etc' you managed to make the hardest week of my life even worse, well done.
