Google Bad Review 1:  I walked in to the cafe for a morning coffee and smelt a vulgar stench of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. Also I was spoken to in a very inhumane and degrading mannor. I was demanded to put on a mask and before I could take out my exemption card I was rudely told to get out. The woman who told me to get out was a foreign national, she also phoned the police and told me she is going to have me arrested. I am in absolute shook and despair on the treatment I received. I left the cafe and had and anxiety attack and couldn't breathe.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life, this place is an absolute no go

This is unacceptable on all accounts.

I shall also be reporting this to trading standards and the local Barnet Gazette

Google Bad Review (2):  My first visit since lockdown. I have been in this lovely cafes many times, but today the service was chaotic and not up to usual standards – it must be due to lack of owners presence. I came with my friend and 2 order to 2 drinks, almond croissant and pancakes. The tea tastes like I am drinking the limescale. Also we have to remind the staff to bring an almond croissant and the cutlery. When the pancakes arrived the portion was massive and presentation like always looked amazing, The pancakes were tasteless and stodgy, as soon I have mentioned about the issues to the staff they offered to re do it. Unfortunately the second batch was even worst. I got home and I feel sick and hungry, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone anymore. I have been charged also for the pancakes which I find disgraceful.
