Google Bad Review 1:  Never use Santa Fe relocation services (France)! I used them from Mexico to London and where you would expect professionalism and knowledge you end up with sheer incompetence throughout the shipping journey. Makes an already stressful move even more stressful!
If you then try to complain about the incompetence management just reply that they can’t control delays even though your issue is not the delay! Horrendous level of customer service.

Google Bad Review (2):  My company hired these people to help me move from the US to Paris. I have listed the series of events that has led to the 1 star review I am writing.
1) When scheduling my first phone call with them, I told them to call me on my person cell phone number because I wasn't going to be in the office. Instead of calling me on my cell, she called me on my office phone. When I asked if she had called me on my office phone instead of my cell phone, she assured me that she had called my cell phone. Guess how surprised I was when I returned to the office and found a voice mail from her on that day?! Gurl, don't lie to me. We had to reschedule for the next day. She was only available at 10 am Paris time, and I had to wake up at 4 am because she couldn't follow instructions.
2) Another phone call was scheduled about 2 months later. She emailed me to ask me if i am available at 10 am. I replied to her saying yes i am available at 10 am EST and 4 pm paris time. I did not receive responses from her. To my surprise, I got a phone call at 4 am EST and 10 am Paris time. You're an “international moving company”; you should know your time zones!
3) They scheduled an appointment with the bank at 3 pm. I emailed her after I checked into my hotel room to confirm that the bank appointment was at 3 pm. I did not hear anything from her, so I left the hotel to take the train to the bank. I allotted time for purchasing the train ticket and potentially getting lost. After I arrived at the bank, I noticed that she had sent me an email at 2:00 pm telling me that the bank appointment was cancelled. Who cancels a meeting an hour before especially since travel was involved?!
4) After I visited several apartments with their field consultant, I received an email from her. In the email, she kept mentioning “Renault” and how Santa Fe helped a lot of Renault employees relocate. I was like, what does “Renault” have anything to do with me?! I figured that she just used a template email from somewhere else and forgot to edit out the names. If you value confidentiality, I don't think this company is for you.
5) They helped me set-up internet. They went ahead and called the internet company and scheduled the installation. However, they put down the wrong phone number. I waited in my apartment for 2 hours and no technician showed up. Since I feel like people should be accountable for their mistakes, I asked them to correct it. So they “corrected” the phone number. I waited in my apartment for 2 hours again, and no technician showed up. The wrong phone number caused 3 weeks of delay for getting internet. This was totally unnecessary and a waste of my time. Having directly dealt with the internet provider, I think they corrected the phone number on the account but not for the installation order contact.
