Google Bad Review: With just 1 week to go until our move, our booking was suddenly cancelled via email without warning or even a telephone call. When I called to ask why, I was given no explanation apart from being told that another booking had come in, so I suspect it was a far more lucrative job than our relatively small booking. It caused us terrible stress as we had to call dozens of firms at incredibly short notice to find another removal company, and eventually we found someone friendly and accommodating. Extra stress is not needed at such a trying time so please do not put yourselves through it and make sure not to use this firm!
