Google Bad Review 1:  Posting on behalf of a colleague without a gmail login. Terribly unprofessional agency who have been caught out lying about candidates experience. One of their own nannies admitted the company likes to ‘tidy up’ submitted CV’s. When it comes to looking after our precious children you can not take chances. Head to a more reputable agency that are more focused on matching the right people then their end of year bonus

Google Bad Review (2):  Not trustworthy!!!

I hired a maternity nurse for 1 week keeping the rest flexible depending on mum and baby needs post delivery. Nurse and I entered into agreement but the agency wouldn’t agree with the flexibility (as they’d get less fees?). The agency ultimately agreed after speaking with the nurse – they’d lose the client if not flexible. By this point I was in labour which ended up in an emergency C-section so couldn’t reply immediately.

I dealt with Ruta Bice from the agency. She was rude, agressive and disrespectful throughout the whole process. She called and texted requesting payment even knowing I was in labour and about to go into surgery – at one point I had to block her number on my phone so to stop being harassed.

But the shocking part was becaming aware that Ruta requested the nurse to not show up because we haven’t paid the agency fees in time and keep the deposit of the days already paid.

As a side note, She requested this knowing I went through a major surgery – despite everything else service related is just disgusting as a human being…

Thankfully the nurse, Amrit Kaur, did show up despite the request from the agency. Absolutely brilliant nurse! Couldn’t have done without her.
