Google Bad Review 1:  The venue is lovely but I was told when I arrived that I couldn't have the 1h30 min treatment I had booked and paid for as there was only space for 1h. I was told at this point that I had been sent an email to warn me of this, when I checked later there was no email. As I had driven for 40 mins to get there, an hour certainly sounded better than the other option of turning around and going home. One of the reasons I booked an 1h30 mins was because I thought the price was fair at this venue for this length of time. However the 1h price was much more than I would normally pay and was much worse value than the 1h30 min treatment. I was really disappointed that the venue made no effort to compensate in any way for this. I think this is really poor customer service particularly when I was already inconvenienced but not being able to have a treatment i had booked and paid for. I will be advising others of this online on any platform I can and can safely say I will not recommend this venue to anyone or return myself.
The more I think about it, the more appaulled I am that when the venue has made a mistake and inconvenienced the customer, its the customer who ends up worse off.
