Google Bad Review 1:  Me and my cousin actually went to this branch on Wednesday the 29th of June and booked an appointment for 3.30pm. We were not received well, the main manager lacked professionalism and integrity. He judged us from head to toe because we are from India. The main manager is a kosovan.

When we arrived the main manager went into an appointment in the spare room, whilst we waited, a member of staff stated to us this Bugatti Veyron pre owned is for £1.3m, when this kosovan manager came back to talk with us he stated £1.4m. How is that possible to increase based upon us the rate by £100,000. This is not professional. We both assumed carrying the brand HR Owen their will be integrity especially from your flagship branch in Berkeley Square. Something to note, your staff think they own the company, and they add no value to actually selling the car, they are down right arrogant and carried attitude. For this reason why should we spend our hard earned money and pay such people for this car. I would rather pay 500k more and good to a British national such as Tom Hartley and good a proper service, treated with respect and a car handover.
