Google Bad Review:  The reception staff at this centre are a disgrace. They have no understanding of customer service, are unhelpful and rude with no interest in doing anything but talking amongst themselves. I have never come across one of them who understands that they are there to offer a service to customers. They treat customers as inconvenient interruptions to their conversations.
The changing rooms are dirty. The classes rarely start on time. The gym induction was worse than useless and there are never any staff in the gym to assist.
Would have awarded zero stars if that were possible.
