Google Bad Review 1:  Very unprofessional, got accepted for an offer I put down for a property. Started the process, mortgage got approved, subject to valuation. I get a text on Monday afternoon by Hetal saying exchange has happened this afternoon with a different buyer and we have to take you out of the sale. I was absolutely shocked, I was played all along, there was a 2nd buyer all that time when I got my mortgage. Did not get any updates what so ever. Very frustrating, was not treated as valued buyer at all. Horrible experience.

I was happy pay straight away deposit and rent and agent told me to wait as other people looking as well, it should be really first come, first serve chance first. After he didnt let me know if I get flat or not, I waited and waited. After I texted him and he replied that flat is gone without giving me explanation. Such an discrimination when single parent looking for rent, and they give to someone else without giving a reason!

Google Bad Review 1:  The Director Jatender Chaggar was very disrespectful in my home and appeared to be extremely arrogant I was disgusted by his attitude and asked him to vacate my property! I will inform my colleagues who are property entrepreneurs in the area and will be sure to inform others about my experience to ensure that they too are not mistreated.

I had four other estate agents arrive after Jatender arrived, i mentioned to them what had happened and they didn't appear surprised and confirmed that they were know to them as a local business and also found them to be rude and that they were known for their shear arrogance.

You have been around for 30 years! And only have 42 reviews,..jokers.
Its very likely the reviews are not a true reflection of how they conduct their business and a large number of those reviews are probably friends and family! I have posted my experience to my whatsapp groups and will share on my social media .
