Google Bad Review (2):  Quite possibly the worst company in the UK. They are our ‘property management’ company.

We have had a leak in our flat for 4 years. It takes them 3 to 4 weeks to return your emails (if they do) they never return calls. All 3 owners of flats in our block have complained with various issues and we never get a reply.

We have had scaffolding up for 9 months at the front of our house. They last contacted me 3 weeks ago to update me.

The service is appalling and I can easily say it’s the worst service i have ever had from a company.

I am now taking the drastic steps of putting this on their Facebook page, and I have just reported them to the property ombudsman.

Do not bother with them, instead throw your money down the drain.

I felt totally supported throughout the process, and she was an absolute star. Totally worth her weight in gold. I can't recommend Countrywide highly enough, and will be passing on Lauren's email address to absolutely anyone I know in need of a mortgage.

Google Bad Review 1:  I booked a property managed by Globe via Airbnb. A few hours later they refused the booking just saying “Dates are unavailable.”.
I messaged them and asked if other properties nearby managed by them were available. As they didn't reply I just went ahead and booked. They never bothered replying or rejecting the booking which just expired 24 hours later.
How unprofessional!

I have chased multiple people at the branch with no response or follow up to confirm when my money will be returned. I was also made to pay ridiculous fees to end a contract early (£600+) to cover ‘commissions'…. the property was rented out to the new tenants the following day- It made no sense…but we were told if we didn't pay we couldn't end the contract. They will try bleed every penny out of you.

Before moving in we agreed that property will be cleaned to a professional standard including carpets. But instead of clean property we got awful carpet, washing machine full of hair, dirty cupboards with lots of mice droppings. We have tried to speak with them but they just ignore all these things. We have been moving many times and much more cheaper properties but this is the worst experience ever. So unprofessional and not following high standards agency. Really disappointed. Have a look pic guys this is what they call deep cleaning!!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Non-existent communication from their team and highly questionable project management skills with serious financial and structural consequences to our building. Even if one would be ignoring any kind of professional standard, simple basics of property management are a constant struggle with Fry & Co. Avoid.

Google Bad Review (2):  I have owned a flat for 35 years, and in that time there have been at least five management companies responsible for the block. Fry & Co have proved to be the most inept of them all.
They should improve their communications and deliver an improved service to their clients, who pay them to do this.

Thank you for your response Jonathan. I have owned the flat since the mid 80s, and my comments stand. I can only reiterate that improved communication from Fry & Co, making leaseholders feel like they are having the best representation by the management company, would be good. That has not been the case. You just cannot believe how unpleasant it is to have the flat swathed in protective covering for so long, and no idea of how much longer this must continue. There is a widespread feeling from those affected that Fry & Co has not considered this impact at all, as requests for information are either ignored or responded to without satisfactory answers being given.
