Google Bad Review:  I believe this business must have closed down. Things started off really well, I found Stan friendly and helpful and willing to find a way to accomplish what I wanted done – replacing a hot water tank in a tight space making room for a washer in the same space. Turns out I needed to have some electric work done before the plumbing could happen. I went ahead and had the work done, (we all know electricians aren't inexpensive) only to find out the agreed plan was no longer possible and the costs had gone up. As it was a new business and things had been good I was willing to be flexible, however I have now been phoning for weeks and never heard back, hence I assume they must have closed. I'd say great for simple fixes but be very cautious if any other work is involved. Hopefully this will save you spending thousands on electric works only to hear that what was requested was not correct.

As a final note, perhaps I should have been suspicious of the perfect check-a-trade rating. No one has a perfect rating, so looking back it seems very suspicious.

Updated based on owner's comments below. It is clear the business owner is trying to shift the blame onto the electrician. This is simply a case of terrible service, the electricians were wonderful, timely and responsive. It should not take a google review to hear back from a business after several calls, emails, and text messages.
