Google Bad Review 1: I was not happy to stay on Titanium Tutors as a tutor once I realised that having completed the application and vetting process, I still had to search the jobs and apply for each job anew! I wondered what do the titanium people do – nothing?!
Each time I'd be treated like a new comer? An impersonal software that treats tutors like cattle…
I asked them to remove my data from their website.
One more thing, the client could not leave a review for the tutor, well, actually they'd leave a review but the Titamuin will keep it hidden in their drawer. Why is that?
You will have no identity as a tutor, you are nothing, constantly striving to be recognised. That was my impression of this set up. I certainly don't recommend it to tutors. Politically incorrect and belongs to a time that workers are worth nothing.

Google Bad Review (2): An admin nightmare. If you’re teaching a common subject (maths, science, etc.) and already have a DBS certificate, you’re probably going to be ok. If you’re teaching a less common one (music in my case), you might to want to stay away.
What you’ll discover first of all is that there won’t be a great deal of opportunities for tutoring for your subject. If an opportunity does come up, you submit an offer and then begin the registration/admin process. In my case, a client expressed interest in an offer I submitted for one of just two music-related opportunities advertised on the site during my time with the company.
This process took around a month. This included issues with obtaining my DBS as my interviewer ‘forgot’ to mark my interview as complete, which gives interviewees access to the fast-track DBS service (it was my own responsibility to cancel the request I made through their other service and obtain a refund), and then due to some issues with my identity documents that were often contradicted by the three or four different members of the admin team that I was dealing with simultaneously (responses rarely come from the same member of staff and there doesn’t seem to be the level of coordination between them that you would like).
Throughout this process, I was assured that the client was still interested in my proposal, and I was asked to provide details of the teaching I planned to provide which I was told were received positively. The impression given was that I was ready to begin tutoring as soon as my registration was complete, and I therefore began preparation for lessons in earnest.
Upon completion, I was provided with the contact details of the client and spoke with them for the first time directly. The short phone call was not promising, with the client seeming to express doubt at my tutoring abilities and seemingly uncertain of whether they were interested in tutoring at all. We concluded with a promise from them to get back to me, but several days later I had heard nothing. I chased Titanium Tutors for a response, and received an almost cheery email stating that the client had reneged on their acceptance of my offer and that I now in fact had no work with the company. Subsequent emailing on my part allowed me to tease out more details, and I discovered that the reason given was a feature of my profile that was communicated to and acknowledged by the client well in advance of things reaching this stage. My suspicion is that if I had not chased a response myself, I would have received no updates.
This story highlights some of the issues with work like this—keep in mind before you register that you are not signing a contract, there are no guaranteed hours, and there is no legal, professional or moral obligation for either the company or the client to treat you with basic dignity. At any time, your offer(s) can be revoked, and there is no guarantee that you will be granted the courtesy of even having this communicated to you. Tutoring is a great way to earn extra money if you already have regular, stable work, but if you are actually in need of money, as I am, this is fairly standard gig-economy fare, and there is the possibility that you will find yourself out of both pocket (for the DBS cost) and dignity, as I also am, after contaminating yourself with it.
Make an informed decision. You might well be better off just advertising your tutoring services locally and working for yourself.
