Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Kanwar Singh

Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad service, very rude staff, sending faulty materials and not taking returns, for normal size radiator wating for 2 weeks, maybe 5£ cheaper but so much headache,I recommend never use them.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Valentin Dascalu

Google Bad Review (2):  Well, I've ordered some vaillant controls worth £475, they've confirmed delivery in about 10 days which was very disappointing but went with it and one day before delivery someone called and said they don't have the most important one out of them and that it's impossible for them to find me one and if I want to wait for it indefinitely or want a refund? Mr Central Heating, if you don't have an itm in stock take it off your website don't charge people for it and then refund them in a fortnight. If you couldn't get it in 2 weeks I've got it in 2 days. In 2 weeks I can get it straight from Germany if you guys can't handle it because it's easy now to blame Covid . A lot of suppliers are doing this lately without thinking they'll run out of business, it's not the hardest thing to jump the middle man, you're there for our confort until you're not comfortable enough!

FB Last Post Text:  The Government has some interesting new targets on the number of skilled engineers required for the future, Mr Central Heating would like to get an idea of the typical split of work that a Gas Safe registered installer does on an annual basis. We want your views to see if what they are proposing is possible and try and influence them to make better decisions for you. Plus to also recognise the great and often thankless task that you do to keep Britain’s homes warm and safe. *…If you’re the lucky winner we will contact you to claim your prize. This offer is only available online and will be delivered with your next order. http://ow.ly/b8W750JSHqZ #MrCentralHeating #InstallerSurvey #SkilledTrades #GasSafeEngineer #PlumbingAndHeating See more
