Google Bad Review 1: Please save your time and look elsewhere.
The engineer insisted that one of our issues did not need attention (a broken stop valve), despite being clearly important. We insisted that it did, but were told it was simply not important as they would fix the broken tap which would resolve the issue. This meant that we were without running water for an extra 2 days since we had to shut off water for the whole flat instead of just the bathroom.
After a second call-out, the tap was ‘fixed', but broke again within hours. We're a busy household and didn't have time to deal with this immediately, so called up a few weeks later instead when we had the time and headspace to deal with it.
When we did call up to have the issue sorted (being within the ‘3 month warranty' period), the member of staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, blaming us for breaking the tap. We were told that there would be a call-out fee charged if they sent an engineer round and they decide the issue was our fault. This is absolutely not a risk we're willing to take. I cannot stress just how rude the staff on the phone were.
Incredibly unprofessional interactions and poor service aside, if we were able to break the tap within a month of ‘repair', then surely the repair was not adequate in the first place?

Google Bad Review (2): Although I had explained I had a timer problem, an engineer was sent and did nothing but took a picture of the timer. I could have done that myself. Was still charged for this.
Very unfair and unreasonable company, would not recommend.
