Google Bad Review 1:  Had an initial consultation session with Jason Patel – it started at 17:07, 3 mins of questions then 19 minutes of therapy. After being told to come for the next session I’ve spent another 2 minutes explaining why I wouldn’t come for the next session with him:
1. Have never had a session with Osteopath that didn’t fix the actual pain on the first visit. According to Jason – issue was too complicated. To me it felt more like “if I were to fix things on the first appointment, then patient might not come back”.
2. Never had such prompt initial session, that should typically last 45 minutes done in 25. Really made me feel like visit to McDonald’s rather than to an osteopath.
3. No warmup of the muscles just pure “clicking”, 5 minutes of machine massage, 2 mins of laser.

I usually don’t have time for reviews, but this morning a day after treatment, when I woke up because of the back pain at 5:37, it felt very compelling to spread the word.
Looked at Jason’s bio – he managed to put in 3000 hours during last year! Now it all makes sense! Good for him!
Now will have to go for an initial consultation with another osteopath to see whether they can fix it on the first day like they usually do.
Update, three days later, after a visit to my regular physio and another osteopath.
Saturday, still rather sharp muscular pain in the middle part of the back. Jason actually made the situation a lot worse because the pain comes from the muscle being contracted from over extension of the back after the treatment. It took me a while to realise that by unlocking a vertebrate he jammed something so badly. People like Jason should be sued. Will bring this up with Bupa as this is clearly unacceptable behaviour.

Google Bad Review (2):  Physio Kevin Powell was absolutely awful. Did not care at all about my injury. Once he figured out insurance was covering my session, he finished the session after a few minutes. Highway robbery. Hope the other therapists at this clinic aren't as bad.
