Google Bad Review 1:  No instructions or details that you need to buy “special socks” I’ve done reformer multiple times and never had to use them- they cost a ridiculous £12. Then the studio doesn’t have any lockers or make up remover, the music was too loud to hear the instructor who was also probably too ill to teach and spent the duration of the class either coughing or sniffing. Wouldn’t recommend or be returning again

Google Bad Review (2):  Bad experience beginning to end. Starting with trying to book an appointment via email. I misread the prices and understood an hour treatment to be £60, instead of £90, but confirmed price in email (twice). Person booking me failed to tell me i had price wrong, and just booked me in. Would have expected them to say there is no £60 option for an hour and correct me.

When i turned up , was told they need to store my card details, to which i refused. Was handed a paper and told its their “policy.” After reading the paper it was clear there was an alternate option to not store my card details but whereby I prepay. Said happy to do that, but kept getting told I had no choice, policy was to retain card details AND pre pay. I said thats not what your policy says…its clearly written here if im not happy to do that there is an alternate option. Finally was able to go through and not provide bank details.

Session itself was very good. Therapist was friendly, clear explanations, asked a lot of questions, explained well. However it didnt.last the hour which was disappointing. Especially when you paying a lot per min essentially. I was also told id be emailed over exercises..been 5th day now and no email. When you are in pain, no point receiving helpful info a week later.

When I tried to explain confusion over email and prices , and how I'd communicated over email about the treatment and price, the receptionist seemed very uninterested to hear anything and kept referring me to website where their prices are “clearly displayed” i found this quite rude as I was trying to explain I had quoted the price I expected to pay in my email, and wasnt corrected.

Finally, I emailed in to explain my dismay, and where i got respondses within 5mins to make the booking, noone has replied to me in 2 days, which has just added to my awful experience here, and led me to leave a bad review. Normally I allow places to fix their errors before leaving a review but here I got nothing back.

I would avoid this place.
