Google Bad Review 1:  I photographed my brother's wedding on film and Metro was recommended by quite a few people for the developing and scans while Rapid Eye down the road was undergoing a refurbishment. It was slightly more expensive but thought it would be worth it. Let me just say from start to finish the whole process was an absolute nightmare.

My colour film scans came back scanned in black and white, I returned to have them re-scanned correctly and was told they would be ready in the next two days but when I returned they weren't. I returned a week later and the scans all had lines running through them so I returned them again. When I returned a third time I had learnt my lesson so checked the contents in store to discover the new scans hadn't been burnt onto the disk so I waited whilst they did this. In the meantime a regular customer came into the store and despite my disk then being ready and brought through to the front desk the staff member felt comfortable to have a 15 minute conversation in front of me while I waited for him to hand it over. Will not being using their services again.
