Google Bad Review:  Wow the owner of this Pharmacy is so rude, he twice gave me incorrect information regarding the covid vaccine and so did Neesha who works there. I am am unpaid carer who had booked a vaccine through the NHS website and had it accepted. I turned up today to have the vaccine only to be greeted by a stroppy “nurse” demanding proof of being a carer. I explained that I didn't have proof and nor was it requested to bring proof as it is not mentioned on the website. The “nurse” huffs and puts and calls her manager Nisha. She comes and firstly asked mine and my wife's age, she then goes inside the Pharmacy and asks the owner who says to reject our vaccine. She tells me that I need to contact my mother's surgery and get proof from them that I am a carer. So I call her surgery and the head practitioner tells me this is something that surgery's do no provide! I call Parkview surgery back to explain this and the owner….I'm not sure how this person can run a business with this attitude shouts, argues, and insults me on the phone then hangs up when I tell him that he has given me incorrect info. Stay away from this unprofessional bunch of clowns, they do not follow NHS guidelines so we have reported them to NHS England to investigate. This will encourage them to check there facts and attitudes in the future!

***Don't listen to the response from the Owner, I remained calm and polite and all times making my point that I was not advised to bring any proof. Frustrated yes that I took time off work, waited in line only to be told I needed to bring proof. Why would you not provide this info BEFORE accepting bookings? Secondly your staff are rude and impatient and hanging up the phone is unprofessional. Even your manner of response is poor…. I think you mean claims “unfounded” not fraudulent….. I advise all to stay away from these rude people giving out incorrect information on covid vaccinations, go to the pharmacy in palmers Green who agreed to do mine with no issues! ***
