Google Bad Review:  I can't comment on the actual care/grooming, which may be great, – because they were so unprofessional withe the process of attempting to register. Not very responsive from the outset (several days or weeks between emails/my leaving messages) when planning ahead for new puppy. Eventually had v. good telephone chat with Nick, on which basis decided to proceed as sounded good despite that, so booked a meet and greet dafe (socially distanced/COVID safe). Then got message asking me for postcode (again) incase out of area, more delays, then reassured were definitiely in area so was looking forward to visiting. Then offered a different meet & greet date. I pointed out I already had one/asked for confirmation which by email, then by voicemail (As no response to email), but no reply. As the message I'd left for Nick said that unless I hear otherwise I won't come on original date, I didn't. Then got a call back after that as I had “Failed to attend” the first (having not had confirmation) – Rearranged, went and met, liked the set up/Nick, registered, spent time filling in details, requesting booking dates, only to then be told I was out of their catchment after all (I am SW17, 2.1 miles away) . They have apologised, but I did feel really messed around – fortunately had a backup plan anyway.
