Google Bad Review:  I will not stop updating this review until Ryslip stop having animals Especially cats in Quarantine, ( I have no issue with the cattery, having had no experience).
I have not mentioned before my cat had a brother whose chip didn't fail, they had always been together and he was separated due to the quarantine and is still in perfect health, also I work as a volunteer coordinator for a UK charity and have seen many places overseas, many not as bad as this place.
In some of the photos I put here you will see carpet etc., this was only once I showed the owner temp readings from my infrared temp gun, these reading were 7 degrees and below, a shock to a cat from the canary islands, and to me as I had to wear a coat when I first visited.
Please people use anyone else, and there are many much better export companies, I know I've used them.
I can only assume that the sudden appearance of good reviews this past year are to try and negate my negative ones, I know what I experienced and so does Liz the owner, but I suppose that's what you expect now days, people please check this place out before you entrust your beloved pet to them and lose it like I did mine.
Avoid this place like the plague, I had the misfortune to place a cat here earlier this year after a failed microchip at LGW and it must have been the worst 22 days of her life, it certainly was mine, the only positive thing I can say about this place is that I will never go back.
Dirty facilities, staff, equipment, and so many mistakes and all this coming from a so called Crufts judge/Breeder.
The one star is to allow the post to save your pets.
UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCE…MY CAT BECAME ILL SHORTLY AFTER LEAVING HERE, AND AFTER MANY MONTHS OF TREATMENT SHE PASSED AWAY, THIS WAS A CAT PASSED FIT TO FLY PREVIOUS TO SPENDING TIME AT THIS HELL HOLE
