Google Bad Review 1:  Took my Mercedes in for a major b service after hearing some positive things about this place. Booked in my service, arrived and entered the office. I was told to drop off the car. After I had nowhere to go but this wasn’t their concern. Their service doesn’t even have a customer waiting area. Didn’t even care for all it seemed. Anyways, I’ve done the service, collected the car, paid and drove home. Shortly after I started hearing some weird noise coming from a footwell when the air blower was on, unscrewed the plate only to find the cabin filter wasn’t even inserted fully into the slot nor was it clipped in. Doesn’t look like this filter is even a genuine OEM Mercedes part. Also I discovered that the clip was broken off the plastic cover for the filter in the engine bay and these cowards had the audacity to hide this from me. Based on what I have discovered I’m now afraid that there is more shoddy handy work that is yet to be discovered. Clearly if you care about your vehicle do not take it down here. Dishonest bunch with some shoddy work ethnics!

Google Bad Review (2):  Took my Mercedes to Wright Tech to have a B service completed, only for my brake pad warning light to come on less than 1000 miles and one month after. Somehow they managed to miss that the brake pads were worn and needed replacing? I was also told on the date of the service that the print out of the digital service copy would be sent to me the following Monday (two days time), but i had to chase this up multiple times and eventually received it after two months. I was promised better service by Andy and again take my car back to have my brake pads replaced, baring in mind this should have already been done in my service so i took another day off to go back. I booked a 9am appointment and was told on arrival that the brake pads wouldn't be done until god knows what time that day, so why did i book a 9am appointment? I thought it would be a matter of urgency to rectify the original terrible service that i received and constant lies about the copy being sent to me. But there was no urgency to try and rectify my brakes even though it was their fault that i had to go back. worst garage iv ever been to, and when i sent an email to complain about this i get no response but i get a notification that Andy has been looking at my LinkedIn profile so he's more interested in stalking me that owning up to his terrible garage. I would rather pay more money than give these cowboys any money at all and recommend anyone to go anywhere else.
