Google Bad Review 1:  I’ve been having my roots coloured at this solon for over 20 years. I’ve never had a problem with the products until my last visit a week ago. As the colour was applied it was obviously different – transparent, but then turning much darker than usual. Other customers were querying it too. My stylist told me that Daniel was making his own colours now as he could no longer get hold of the previous ones. When it was washed off she remarked it was see through and that she’d have to use a darker shade next time. I paid the full amount and left. By the time I was home my scalp was red, sore and sensitive. This got worse during the afternoon and I rinsed it again to make sure all the product was off. By evening my scalp was so sensitive that I couldn’t even run a brush through it. The following morning it was no better. On Saturday morning 2nd April it was the same and I emailed Daniel. He didn’t reply and I phoned in the afternoon of Monday 4th. April. The usual receptionist answered and I gave my name. She said she and Daniel had read my email but he ‘didn’t answer emails at the weekend’ and he ‘was busy with clients now.’ I asked that he phoned me as soon as possible and checked she had my mobile. I didn’t hear anything and by Tuesday when my sore scalp had kept me awake again I telephoned the salon but it was closed. I sought medical advice. A week later no one from the salon has had the courtesy to contact me, but I now know that as the product was new a new skin test should have been given to all existing customers. It was never mentioned.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was appalled at the hair ‘stylist' (lady in the striped red and white blouse). I had spent nearly £200 for a cut and colour, and with my hair being naturally dark (I wanted light brown highlights), the so called stylist wanted to do the job quickly because she didn't bother to bleach my hair first. When mentioning this to her, she said ‘oh don't worry, the colour will come through in a few days' and then tried to blame me by saying my hair is too dark. The cut itself, was OK. She didn't do it with the greatest care at all. Seriously, please retrain these staff because I find it disgusting that people pay alot of money for a very bad haircut. Also, whilst this was happening, the stylist kept picking up a few calls from her husband who was going to pick her up after work and they were going to go out, I did allow her to tend to her private calls however everytime she came back, she lost track of what she was doing with my hair. For the fancy place i thought it was, I felt that what I asked for would be something they could do. Last time I'll be going there.

Yes, I am sure this is the salon I used. This was a few months back. If you click onto photos, it will show pictures of your employees. The lady that did my hair, was the one in the red and white striped blouse. Please see picture attached.
