Google Bad Review:  Very disappointing experience with this shop today. The owner convinced me to come in for an eye test (not needed). I only have reading glasses, but I have them Varifocal as I need a slight addition for long sited. After my last eye test in 2019 I went back at the end of 2021. The owner made a slight adjustment to my long sited prescription. I had new glasses made from another shop but used my new eye test results. I took the glasses on holiday and had blurred vision. I went back to Lensology who asked me to bring in my old 2019 glasses, which are absolutely fine. They determined that all measurements were correct on there behalf and suggested that my eye test was incorrect. Lensology said they will happily make any adjustments for free including priority shipping. It was clear that the eye test was incorrect as my old glasses were perfect. Vision express tested my eyes and said that by adding a lesser lense my vision was fine. This meant the eye test was indeed incorrect. They offered no apology or future discount. I have been so inconvenienced by this and feel let down. They started to talk about legal issues and legislation. I would of been happy with them taking responsibility! Very poor/cheap business attitude. To think this was the manager who made the error. I said to them you have lost a long standing client goodbye. I will never use the shop again, they don’t have any integrity. They make mistakes and take zero responsibility. Very poor attitude indeed!
