Google Bad Review 1:  If I could leave zero stars I would. My experience with Juvea has been terrible. I paid for a ‘deal' upfront and then we had the covid restrictions which did not allow me to get my laser done. Now I would like my money back due to not receiving a service for my money and I have been calling for 6+months with the receptionist telling me endless times she has marked my calls as urgent with no response AT ALL. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Waste of money and time. I went with old surgical scars and was promised ‘improvement’ with their Laser Palomar Icon. It was not true. The single treatments were spread 6 weeks apart each and I had 3 of them in total; despite some skin shedding, I didn’t see any improvement at ALL. The photos they have on their website are of course a marketing trick to lure more people. It was a year ago and the scars are the same as they were before. Also, in this building there are several different businesses doing practically the same things; they pretend they don’t know themselves.
