Google Bad Review: Absolutely disgraceful service. Don't go anywhere near this shop. I took an iPhone in with a cracked screen as I was about to go on holiday and needed a quick repair as leaving that night (wish I had waited at an Apple store). The screen that was installed was faulty and kept locking up. I phoned from holiday to tell them that I would come back in when I returned for a new replacement screen. I left the phone with them for two hours to replace it and when I returned they had done nothing because apparently they couldn't re-create the problem. After much arguing I just left as life is too short. Got home, first call I made, the phone locked up again. Taking my phone to Apple to get a proper screen installed, a total waste of £80, rude and unhelpful people. This is my second bad experience with them as I previously bought an HDMI cable from them that didn't work. When I went in to get a replacement they said they couldn't refund or replace it and I had to buy a new one. The second one did work, so the first was clearly faulty. Should have known better than to go back.
