Google Bad Review 1:  this guy is an absolute con artist. he charged me £40 just to switch my apple macbook back on which took 1 min and the apple shop would have done that for free!! he wouldn't even tell me at the time which buttons to press to switch it back on in the future if it happens again. he is not an honest owner of the business and he is not a honest guy. he was very unhelpful. guys just take your apple macbook to the apple store in brent cross in future or any other shop and avoid this guy!!!!!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I chose this shop as my delivery pick up point as in the delivery date I was not going to be able to receive the parcel and on line their opening times were on Saturdays until 21h
On the day I receive a message saying my parcel is ready for collection and ring of computers to double check and they tell me they have my parcel but they will be opening till 17 this Saturday because they are going for holiday when I was finishing work at 20h and tells me they will open on Tuesday again (which is not convenient for me anymore)
Ian hour later I receive a call of a man telling me they can open till 18 and I tell him I specifically order that my parcel was delivered to that dhl pick up point because I could only do 2030h and their opening time on line said they would be open until 21h.
I tell him I will complain and he starts shouting at me and telling me he is not going to keep the shop open until nine only for me and that I can do whatever I want because he is not dhl and he doesn’t care because Is his shop and he opens and closes whenever he pleases and hangs up.
The most unreliable pick up point and I rather have the parcel left on the street than with this people
DO NOT RECOMEND THEM UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE RUDE.
The parcel was important books I needed for an exam and now I will have to wait at least five days.
NEVER CHOOSING THEM AGAIN
