Google Bad Review: It started out fine. We agreed on an assessment fee in any case, regardless if it would be a successful repair or not. It took them more than a month to come to the conclusion that the laptop is irreparable, and in the process they added the new part which was unnecessary because the laptop ended up being irreparable anyway. The one detail that was most frustrating from the whole process was that they established this by doing the assessment at the very last minute, instead of the beginning. Waste of time and money.
