Google Bad Review 1: Staff are laughably unhelpful. Piece of timber did not have a barcode. Staff member at the till said ‘No barcode. I can’t do it’ and move out the way, rather than suggest I get another or ask another staff member to retrieve one.
I called to ask whether the board cutting was open, then two pieces of board I asked to cut they said I could not. This is after travelling from South London – this is the nearest home base with a cutting service. Additionally, the cutting service is seemingly open when they feel like it. I called twice to find it was not open, and the staff member suggested I ‘Call back tomorrrow and it might be on.’ It wasn’t. Furthermore, only very thin pieces of board can be cut. Staff dismissed me out of hand when I asked whether anything else could be cut.
