Google Bad Review: Absolutely disgusting! We stayed 5 mins and couldn't understand why it was £180 for 1 night! Dated room extremely small bathroom i had to walk in and move round the door to close it! The toilet was practically touching the side wall so had to sit on it at an angle and when we said we weren't staying they refused a refund! We ended up staying at the hilton by hamptons at park Royal for £115 and the difference in quality showed! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! How they have such a high rating is beyond me! Couldn't see where the extra £50 of quality was compared to the hotel we stayed at They did say it was the last room so if they sold it which they said was highly likely then they would refund me but still haven't received anything! More than likely they kept my money and sold the room again!
