Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid and research properly before leaving your family. This company only care about the money they will earn from each individual they accept. Sub standard care provided. If you complain about something that is wrong? They withdraw their services.

Google Bad Review (2):  Anyone leaving any positive review of this company is either totally delusional or has not suffered at the hands of the utterly barbaric company. They pay and treat their care workers so badly that they can only employ people that have no other choice than to be doing a job they hate. I must have met every member of their staff over the 6 months we were unfortunate enough to be stuck with them. I can safely say that only 10 of 100 would I have trusted to leave alone with my father but because of the complete shambles of their scheduling you are unable to get any of the good ones on a regular basis so for the patients that need constant care you are stuck with whoever they can get at short notice. They don't turn up on time, they don't speak English, they have no knowledge of what the patients history, illness or needs are. I could write story and story that would give you nightmares of leaving your loved ones in the care of the people that are employed by Hartwig. If you find a good Carer working for them do what I did and get them away from that agency, pay them a decent wage and have piece of mind that your family member never has to go through what I had to protect my poor father from on a daily basis because he was too disabled to speak or protect himself.
Lastly, don't forget this is a big cash cow for those at the top, the people sitting in that expensively rented office paid for by the overpriced fee they charge the council to be the highest bidder in order to ‘care' for your relative is the only thing they ‘care' about. Even when you are calling them in tears and begging for help or pleading for the Carer to turn up to help you, with or without the qualifications they are supposed to have, just wanting someone with a heart.

Google Bad Review (2):  Anyone leaving any positive review of this company is either totally delusional or has not suffered at the hands of the utterly barbaric company. They pay and treat their care workers so badly that they can only employ people that have no other choice than to be doing a job they hate. I must have met every member of their staff over the 6 months we were unfortunate enough to be stuck with them. I can safely say that only 10 of 100 would I have trusted to leave alone with my father but because of the complete shambles of their scheduling you are unable to get any of the good ones on a regular basis so for the patients that need constant care you are stuck with whoever they can get at short notice. They don't turn up on time, they don't speak English, they have no knowledge of what the patients history, illness or needs are. I could write story and story that would give you nightmares of leaving your loved ones in the care of the people that are employed by Hartwig. If you find a good Carer working for them do what I did and get them away from that agency, pay them a decent wage and have piece of mind that your family member never has to go through what I had to protect my poor father from on a daily basis because he was too disabled to speak or protect himself.
Lastly, don't forget this is a big cash cow for those at the top, the people sitting in that expensively rented office paid for by the overpriced fee they charge the council to be the highest bidder in order to ‘care' for your relative is the only thing they ‘care' about. Even when you are calling them in tears and begging for help or pleading for the Carer to turn up to help you, with or without the qualifications they are supposed to have, just wanting someone with a heart.
