Google Bad Review 1:  Don't bother. They are all helpful when you are looking for stuff to refit a property but when it comes to delivering and making sure everything is good then that's another thing. I had delay after delay, promise after promise. Some stuff arrived damaged which was never replaced. This was a few months ago but I only remembered as one of my rented property appliances became faulty, they sent out an “engineer”. Unfortunately he was also from Focus, they guy had really poor communication and didn't really know what was going on, I had to wait weeks for a replacement as he had ordered the wrong parts. I have now dropped Montpellier from my properties and have told Montpellier the same.
