Google Bad Review (2): Do not use please!! Horrendous service poor quality wood that only looked great for first month and then now I've waited for 10
months to fit a repair in! 10 appointments changed and cancelled. I have had every excuse in the book from the son getting married (what's that got to do with running a business), shortage of staff, staff on holiday , too busy , wrong wood type ordered , wood arrived but the planks are scratched, wood arrived we had no idea was damaged, boss on holiday etc etc to wrong wood ordered. Omg I have no idea where to start from. Disgusting customer service. Don't be fooled by the smile that greats you that just wants to initially take the cash!! The product is poor and the after service atrocious!
