Google Bad Review 1:  Whilst the authenticity of other reviews are not in doubt but I have had extremely unpleasant purchase experience from Top City Cars. It’s not the car had problems, but I also found on couple of occasions that their staff is totally unsupportive and ignored my two inquiry in relation with car issues.
Firstly, they sell their products on price they tag it, which is absolutely fine but again if you are paying what they are asking then you should expect the product to be in good and reliable condition. Sadly, that was not the case as my car ran into troubles from the 2nd week of purchase as I did not have enough time to drive it during the first week. It got serious exhaust problem with smoke came out from muffler when car gets heat up on continuous basis and also lost oil on regular basis which cause gasoline smell to emit from hood. A/C didn’t work as well because of damage and leaking refrigerant and clogged condenser. Time to time I experienced electricals faults too, such as MMI system reboots after every 10 minutes or so and steering wheel failure warning shows up if it turns up to maximum extend.
Lastly their 3rd party warranty is totally useless as whenever I contact them to raise repairs concerns and to my surprise, they each time advised me that work cannot be done or covered due to basic plan you are enrolled onto it. I ended up selling the car after having for 70 odd days on significant loss as I couldn’t bother with it anymore.

Verdict: If you are planning to purchase vehicle from Top City Cars, you must ensure to have vehicle fully inspected both mechanically and electrically by your own mechanic, otherwise your investment is at serious risk.
