Google Bad Review 1: Unprofessional in the extreme. They charged my card after the removal without issuing an invoice and without confirming the billable hours. The movers were highly unprofessional and damaged several items. Additionally they sent an initial person the first day who panicked about the move size and claimed he would never finish (yet somehow finished by 12:30pm to his surprise). The next day they sent extra men who did nothing because the initial guy was obviously wrong.
Customer service is extremely unpleasant to deal with and utterly incompetent. I asked for an invoice for 2 weeks and did not receive one with one new excuse after the other each time.

Google Bad Review (2): Edit: after storage collection and delivery: I recommend going straight to Aussie man with a Van service as AWT subcontract them anyway. Delivery and unpacking was great, except for being a several hours late. Also, dealing with AWT has been a bit of a hit and miss after they've gotten the fees out of you. I've called so many times and have been promised a call back more than twice but still no callback. Natalia Stachowicz and Belinda Hopley have been my main contacts at AWT. The feedback to them is to follow up when there's an email, and to not charge insurance when I've declined insurance. General feedback to AWT, if you can have a system where I can see the lifecycle of my quote, fees, storage fees, delivery fees, and collection fees that would be great because different people that have emailed me several invoices/credit notes/quotes and the paperwork all gets lost in my email inbox. The free mugs are a nice gesture though.
