Google Bad Review 1:  I only ever contact the doctor if I'm desperate, which is rare, but whenever I try to call its impossible to get through to anyone. I have to wait over an hour on the phone. Every. Single. Time. And I have to try every few days, waiting 40mins to over an hour each time. Most of the time I give up, and then only try again some weeks or months later because I just lose hope. Last year I had to call over 10 times over the period of 3 months, with 40mins+ wait times on the phone each time, before I could finally get through…can you imagine someone who is suffering from worsening depression having to do this to try and seek help? Now I'm fearful about heart health and I have nobody to speak to. Why am I forced to download an app!? My phone doesn't have space so I can't. What happened to regular phones calls. I am currently on the wait line as I type this, its now 1hr10mins in waiting. Absolutely hate this. The anxiety I get from just trying to contact the doctors is insane. I'm sorry I'm not rich to be able to afford private health care. I suppose poor people never mattered. I imagine the receptionist is simply just ignoring the call. How is it possible to be waiting when I've been at place no.1 in queue for over 50mins. I hate this so much.

Google Bad Review (2):  Called them more than 11 times in a space if 40 minutes and no one answers except automated machine. After waiting for them couple of minutes, the phone cuts off. This is a disgrace and unacceptable . If they cannot pick up the phone then they have to switch off the automated system or tell the patients to call when they want to be called.
