Google Bad Review 1:  How can an estate agents be so incompetent? I travelled an hour to get to my viewing at 10:30, arriving 5 minutes early, the person who’s supposed to show me the property is 30 minutes late coming from an office only 5 minutes away. I was not informed at any point by the agent that he was going to be this late, I had to call Mile Estates myself to find out what was going on. To top it all off, when he finally arrives, it turns out that we can’t even access the property because the tenants are out and the agent doesn’t have the right keys.

So I wasted 2 and a half hours of my day travelling and waiting for a viewing that could never have happened anyway because the estate agents don’t have keys for the property. I repeat: how can you be so incompetent?
