Google Bad Review:  Staff are in a disarray running around like headless chickens. Had to wait about 20 minutes to receive my prescription (ordered and approved via Patient Access). When I got home I realised that they got my prescription wrong!!
Whilst I waited, for the prescription there was a woman doing an antigen test in the pharmacy. She tested positive and was allowed to sit in the middle of the pharmacy without a mask!!
Changing my nominated pharmacy straight away. Shambles.

Google Bad Review 1:  One of the rudest and unhelpful person I spoke to. I cannot comment about their services, but I definitely won't be going there any time soon.

Google Bad Review (2):  Went there because wanted additional security for my door. Although very knowledgeable they seemed more interested in getting me to use their services to install another lock (costing £80.) When I told them I couldn't afford that sort of money they advised me to get an alternative device.

I made more than one visit because I didn't understand how it worked and kept on coming back with the incorrect measurements. I finally got the right measurements but the bar I was sold was never going to fit and he knew it. Unsurprisingly I had to return it and I told him why. Initially he tried to replace it with another size luckily I had an example of the exact depth of my lock and I showed him the location of where the keep was on my door frame. He acted surprised when I'd done the same thing before I made the purchase originally! He even made the comment that I would have to “pack it out” but I didn't understand at the time.

I dropped off a white gold necklace to be extended as my regular jeweller is away. The extended it but not with a central point so the necklace kept twisting.
Then it broke in the same place. So it was fixed poorly.
When it was re mended they damaged the necklace. There was a huge black mark. They said it was caused by soldering it and Although they caused the problem they wanted to charge me again to fix it. !!!!! I had to pay for a mistake they caused
Worst service ever. I would never take any jewellery there again.
