I booked via fb with a specific hairdresser, come to the day another one I doing it and a poor attempt at what I asked for(highlights and to trim the ends). The haircut was wonky and there was next to no highlights in my hair, they left my hair dry and damaged, the didn’t ask me if I wanted to added toner, they just did it not asking me (not okay)
Staff are rude,over charging a lot for a poor work and service and barely tried to hold a conversation with me. Sitting there for 4 hours, no point did they even offer me water or let alone tea as I was there for hours. They was talking to each other in their language the whole time and when you ask them something or want to ask what they are doing to your hair, they don’t understand English so they get the only staff member which can translate.
Never been so disappointed from a hairdresser visit.
Had to cut my hair somewhere else to fix what they did to my hair.
