Google Bad Review: Rented a flat with this agency. They didn't tell us that the flat had a drainage problem and we had to manually drain the radiators to prevent pressure build up messing up out hot water and heating. Also when moving out they didn't really give any info on when and where to return keys. I had to ask my flatmate about it, who had emailed them previously to ask. They told her that we had to return keys by Saturday, and that their hours on Saturday were 9.30 to 1pm. So I planned my Saturday around theses opening times because I wanted to securely hand my keys to a member of staff. I arrive at 11.06 and the office is locked and there is nobody there. So I had to walk to Sainsbury's, buy a pack of envelopes and mail it through their door because they were too disorganised to have any staff in during their listed opening hours.
So tldr; if you want to know anything, email them directly because they wont tell you outright. And don't expect them to be in during their opening hours even if they tell you their timings.
