Google Bad Review (2):  I visited here in Jan 17 with a friend for a relaxation massage. Due to an unforeseeable circumstance my friend was no longer able to attend. I was told that since my friend was no longer able to attend they would reduce the 1 hour to an hour and wait to see if she was able to make it, I agreed. Instead they had double charged me and when they tried to refund they charged my card and my friend's card. It was extremely unprofessional and there was no understanding of the billing process. Really disappointed that what was meant to be a peaceful relaxing experience had turned out the way it did.
