Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately I never received my parcel. Shop owner refused to give me a refund at first and I had to fight and discuss about this for a long time. He claimed that my flatmates had taken the parcel. This wasn't true, the parcel got lost in the post, but the shop owner wouldn't believe me until it was sent back to the shop. I would advise you not to order from this store.

Google Bad Review (2): I’ve purchased makeup online a couple times from the website, but just now over 2wks ago I received an empty foundation box with no foundation in there. When I emailed them on the 11th of May, they told me I would receive a refund because the shade I had ordered was no longer in stock. They told me I would receive the refund within 5 working days, I emailed them again regarding the refund on the 20th of May as it had been well over 5 working days and I hadn’t received anything, they responded back saying my refund would be issued the next day (21st May) which in fact they had lied about because it is now the 25th May and I haven’t received no refund or even an email back regarding it. They just fob you off and lie again and again. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
