I was told that if we didn’t use room service then the money would automatically go back into my account 2/3 days after the visit. 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later I have received no repayment, no help and no consideration from any members of staff I have spoken to about the issue. What a corrupt place.

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful service. They clearly don't know what balayage is. I asked for a colour that blends in with my natural hair colour, the result was awful. Left patchy areas in my hair, it looked like I did it myself at home. They don't know how to do colour tastefully. I had to go back for a tone down. The cut was miserable as well, not what I asked for at all. I even showed a picture how I wanted it cut. The stylist cut it her own way, and it also felt like she was in a rush. I'm very disappointed, will not be returning.

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID!!! I've been to many high end hair salons and let's just say this is a high end hair salon with low end staff working in it with NO class, NO courtesy and NO professional skill. The hairdresser kicked me out a few years ago before she even dried my hair and left it soaking wet for no reason only because I paid upfront in cash and got no receipt so she knew she could get away with it as they already had their payment and she had her commission before the service was even carried out and didn't even achieve the shade of blonde balayage that I requested and she promised she could do… safe to say I'll never trust a salon and pay upfront again!

Clearly all the good reviews are FAKE. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere that is reasonable and professional. AVOID!!!

As an area manager in a retail business I would not expect my customers to be ignored, especially when there are 20+ staff floating around behind the bar alone. When asking to speak to the person in charge all they could do is give excuses for the poor service.
The fact that many people had turned up beside me and been served before me was just an insult to this. Upon eventually being served after half an hour and being offered nothing but excuses me and my friends decided to go outside.
Upon going outside the very aggressive door staff kept asking us to walk on even once we were stood at the edge of the he water and had no where else to walk.
When asking the staff if they expect us to jump in the water they replied with yes.
Most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to.

Google Bad Review 1:  I could not have been more let down by elements. 1 year ago I applied for a role and have still never heard back from Joe Wright. I assume I was not successful! I made seven contact attempts and never received feedback.
At the beginning he suggested that he would put me forward for an additional role at the same company, he never did.

I just again applied for a role through elements. Adewale Solaru called me 2.5 hours early for a phone interview and after being promised to hear back on Friday I still had received no communication a week later. I contacted him 5 times with no response and only got a phonecall after getting in contact with one of his colleagues who chased him up.

As a group they do not do what they say they will and I do not trust them. Even if the perfect role comes up in future I will not pursue it if elements are involved.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very similar feedback to a lot of people in this pool of reviews. Interview weeks of no feedback then a month later “still interested?” Absolutely not. Any company that’s says “I think we’re trendsetters” and “our interview process is extremely tough ” is far too arrogant for me. Wonder how their candidates get treated.

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful service. They clearly don't know what balayage is. I asked for a colour that blends in with my natural hair colour, the result was awful. Left patchy areas in my hair, it looked like I did it myself at home. They don't know how to do colour tastefully. I had to go back for a tone down. The cut was miserable as well, not what I asked for at all. I even showed a picture how I wanted it cut. The stylist cut it her own way, and it also felt like she was in a rush. I'm very disappointed, will not be returning.

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID!!! I've been to many high end hair salons and let's just say this is a high end hair salon with low end staff working in it with NO class, NO courtesy and NO professional skill. The hairdresser kicked me out a few years ago before she even dried my hair and left it soaking wet for no reason only because I paid upfront in cash and got no receipt so she knew she could get away with it as they already had their payment and she had her commission before the service was even carried out and didn't even achieve the shade of blonde balayage that I requested and she promised she could do… safe to say I'll never trust a salon and pay upfront again!

Clearly all the good reviews are FAKE. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere that is reasonable and professional. AVOID!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I really hated this place so much, with passion. Along with bad customer service we got the “all you can eat” which was awful because you can only pick 7 side dishes to try and you must do them all at once or you can't order them after that, I hated that but as soon as we got our food it came on 1 medium sized plate and the portions were extremely small, tasted HORRIFIC, exactly like frozen food that was microwave, to be fair it came out in less than 5 minutes so it was not fresh. Our sushi was chewy and disgusting, poorly made, falling apart, and we didn't want to eat anymore, for 60£ I would go back and smack me and my husband in the face for paying that price for food we kept spitting out and didn't want to eat. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I seriously want my money back!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Upon arrival my partner and I were informed that there was a mandatory deposit of £50 to go towards room service charges (as they stop taking cash/card payments after a certain time). I was told that if we didn’t use room service then the money would automatically go back into my account 2/3 days after the visit. 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later I have received no repayment, no help and no consideration from any members of staff I have spoken to about the issue. What a corrupt place.
