Google Bad Review 1: It’s 38° in London and I had to spend 1,5h in a tube just to get to the queens beauty salon on Kensington instead of 40min.
Due to the heat the tube schedule was unstable and I was late for 15 minutes to the appointment
I explained the situation beforehand, before even getting in the tube that I might me late due to the delays
But when I almost came there, they just refused to serve me! The administrator was rude, not willing to find any solution. I’ve done nails, brows and pedi there for the last 3 months but this situation totally threw me off.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s overpriced and I thought you pay for the nicer service, but obviously this is not true. It’s just overpriced.
